Our purpose is to advance policy innovation rooted in pragmatic principles. We aspire to strengthen both Britain and Türkiye individually, as well as the critical relationship between them.

The operating model
Principal–Associate
A small permanent core of Principals owns every mandate end to end, supported by a vetted network of Associates drawn in for specific sectors, languages or jurisdictions. You are never handed to a team you did not meet.
Principals own the file
The person who takes your briefing writes the recommendation and signs it.
Associates on demand
Defence engineers, customs lawyers, econometricians — engaged per mandate, not carried as overhead.
Boutique by design
We decline mandates we cannot staff properly, and say when a question falls outside what we know.
Bilateral presence
One firm, two capitals
Both offices are staffed by residents, not visitors. Time zones overlap for a full working day, so a question raised in one capital is usually answered from the other before it closes.
